Rosemary Salt

Ingredients
Rosemary
Sage
Garlic powder / granules
Lemon zest (1 lemon's zest)
Personal Note
I add this to bread and potato dishes in lieu of salt
Method
I did wing it for this recipe, so it is pretty vague.
Strip the leaves off of both the rosemary and sage
Zest one lemon
Grind together all of the ingredients
Spread out on a baking tray and bake at about 180 for 10-15 minutes
Re-grind the ingredients
Bake for another 5 minutes at 180
Voilà! It's a relatively straightforward recipe, but this salt can be used in a huge number of recipes!
